Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age with a
minimum of a Child Development Associate credential
appropriate to the age of children being served and a
willingness to pursue higher education; or
Associates /Baccalaureate Degree/Masters Degree in Early
Childhood Education; plus meet current Office of DEEC staff
requirements for position. (Teachers with CDA strongly encouraged
to pursue Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education). Ability
to read/write and express oneself in English (bilingual Spanish/English beneficial).
Also required: use of car/means of transportation for home visiting. Must hold
valid First Aid Certificate (CPR certificate also preferred).
Salary range $12.60/hr to $19.00/hr. 32 to 40 hours per week; 38 to 52 weeks per year (school and full year positions open) |

Must have the ability to express one-self, read, and write in English, be familiar with NAEYC appropriate practice and guidelines, be a team player and meet EEC requirements. | Interventionists | B.A. level or higher in field (Special Education), DESE certified. Minimum of three years experience in primary grades or early childhood instruction. Proven ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively. Knowledge of scientifically based reading research. Knowledge of Breakthrough to Literacy/ SFA, preferred.
